1. ভূমিকা

এই শর্তাবলী ("শর্তাবলী") Vantage Global Limited ("Vantage" বা "কোম্পানি") কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত Bochor-shesher Winning Mahautsab Promotion ("প্রমোশন") নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে। কোম্পানিটি Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC)-এ নিবন্ধিত (Registration No. 700271)। এই প্রমোশনে অংশগ্রহণের মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলী মানতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।

2. প্রমোশন সময়কাল

এই প্রমোশন ১ অক্টোবর ২০২৫ থেকে ৩১ ডিসেম্বর ২০২৫ পর্যন্ত প্রযোজ্য থাকবে, সিস্টেম সময় অনুযায়ী। (উভয় দিন অন্তর্ভুক্ত)।

3. যোগ্যতা

প্রমোশনটি শুধুমাত্র সেই সকল গ্রাহকদের জন্য উন্মুক্ত যারা নিম্নলিখিত মানদণ্ড পূরণ করে:

• অবশ্যই Vantage এর STP অথবা Cents অ্যাকাউন্ট থাকতে হবে (Cents অ্যাকাউন্টে ১ লট সমান হবে ১ স্ট্যান্ডার্ড লটের ১/১০০ অংশ)।
• অবশ্যই যোগ্য দেশ/অঞ্চলের বাসিন্দা হতে হবে।
• অবশ্যই Vantage এর নিবন্ধিত Introducing Broker (IB) হতে হবে।

4. অংশগ্রহণের শর্তাবলী

• অংশগ্রহণের জন্য, IB কে অবশ্যই:
  

  - নির্দিষ্ট লিঙ্কের মাধ্যমে প্রমোশনে অপ্ট-ইন করতে হবে।
  - নিম্নলিখিত তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে: Vantage-এ নিবন্ধিত ইমেল ঠিকানা এবং IB কোড।
  - সক্রিয় ট্রেডার সংখ্যা এবং ট্রেডিং লটের শর্ত পূরণ করতে হবে।

5. বোনাস বা পুরস্কার কাঠামো

যোগ্য IB-রা একটি পুরস্কার পাবে, যা নির্ভর করবে প্রমোশন সময়কালে তাদের সক্রিয় ট্রেডার সংখ্যা এবং সম্পন্ন লটের উপর।

দাবিত্যাগ: পুরস্কারের সাথে সম্পর্কিত সকল ব্র্যান্ড নাম, প্রোডাক্ট নাম এবং ট্রেডমার্ক তাদের নিজ নিজ মালিকদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত এবং শুধুমাত্র সনাক্তকরণের উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহৃত হয়েছে। এই প্রমোশন কোনো ব্র্যান্ড কর্তৃক স্পন্সরকৃত, অনুমোদিত, পরিচালিত বা সংশ্লিষ্ট নয়। প্রতিটি পুরস্কারের আনুমানিক খুচরা মূল্য প্রাপ্যতা, অঞ্চল এবং স্থানীয় বাজার পরিস্থিতির উপর নির্ভর করে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। Vantage যুক্তিসঙ্গত প্রচেষ্টা করবে বর্তমান খুচরা মূল্য প্রতিফলিত করতে, তবে আনুমানিক মূল্য পুরস্কার ডেলিভারির সময়কার প্রকৃত খুচরা মূল্যের সাথে মিলে যাবে—এর কোনো নিশ্চয়তা প্রদান করে না।

• এই প্রমোশন শুধুমাত্র এক স্তরের অ্যাট্রিবিউশন গণনার ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য। সাব-আইবি’র অধীনে থাকা ক্লায়েন্টদের ট্রেড মূল আইবি-কে গণনা করা হবে না, যদি না লিখিতভাবে অন্যভাবে উল্লেখ করা হয়।
• শুধুমাত্র সেই সকল ক্লোজড ট্রেড গণনা করা হবে, যেগুলো যোগ্য প্রোডাক্টে খোলা হয়েছে এবং কমপক্ষে তিন (৩) মিনিট খোলা ছিল।
• এই প্রমোশনের জন্য যোগ্য CFD প্রোডাক্টসমূহ হলো: Gold, Silver, Crude Oil এবং BTCUSD।

6. পুরস্কার বিতরণ

• প্রমোশন শেষে, Vantage যোগ্য অ্যাকাউন্টগুলো পর্যালোচনা করবে এবং যোগ্য ক্লায়েন্টদের ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে পনেরো (১৫) কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে অবহিত করবে।
• ক্লায়েন্টদের অবশ্যই ইমেইল নোটিফিকেশন পাওয়ার পর পাঁচ (৫) কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সাড়া দিতে হবে এবং প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য জমা দিতে হবে। নির্ধারিত সময়সীমার মধ্যে সাড়া না দিলে পুরস্কার বাতিল হয়ে যাবে।
• ক্লায়েন্টদের অবশ্যই তাদের পূর্ণ নাম, স্থায়ী ঠিকানা, ইমেইল ঠিকানা এবং ফোন নম্বর Vantage-কে প্রদান করতে হবে, যাতে পুরস্কারের শিপমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করা যায়। সঠিক ও পূর্ণাঙ্গ তথ্য প্রদান করার দায়িত্ব সম্পূর্ণরূপে ক্লায়েন্টের। ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ তথ্যের কারণে পুরস্কার পৌঁছাতে ব্যর্থ হলে Vantage কোনোভাবেই দায়ী থাকবে না। সংগৃহীত ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য শুধুমাত্র এই প্রমোশনের উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করা হবে এবং Vantage-এর গোপনীয়তা নীতি ও প্রযোজ্য ডেটা সুরক্ষা আইনের সাথে সঙ্গতিপূর্ণভাবে প্রক্রিয়াজাত করা হবে।
• পুরস্কার ঘোষণার তারিখ থেকে ষাট (৬০) কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে পাঠানো হবে। তবে ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব ঘটতে পারে বাহ্যিক কারণবশত (যেমন কুরিয়ার বিলম্ব), যা Vantage-এর নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে।
• সমস্ত পুরস্কার প্রাপ্যতার উপর নির্ভরশীল। অস্বাভাবিক পরিস্থিতিতে যদি কোনো পুরস্কার অনুপলব্ধ হয়, Vantage তার নিজস্ব বিবেচনায় সেই পুরস্কার পরিবর্তন বা সমমূল্যের ভাউচার প্রদান করতে পারে, অথবা পুরস্কারের আনুমানিক মূল্যের সর্বোচ্চ ১০০% পর্যন্ত নগদ অর্থ প্রদান করতে পারে।

7. অযোগ্য ঘোষণা

Vantage তার নিজস্ব বিবেচনায় যে কোনো অংশগ্রহণকারীকে অযোগ্য ঘোষণা করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে, যদি তিনি:

• এখানে বর্ণিত কোনো শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘন করেন;
• নিবন্ধন বা অংশগ্রহণের সময় ভুল, বিভ্রান্তিকর বা অসম্পূর্ণ তথ্য প্রদান করেন;
• সন্দেহজনক ট্রেডিং কার্যকলাপ বা অপব্যবহারমূলক ট্রেডিং অনুশীলনে লিপ্ত হন, যার মধ্যে রয়েছে কিন্তু সীমাবদ্ধ নয়—চার্নিং (churning), হেজিং (hedging), অথবা যেকোনো ধরনের মার্কেট ম্যানিপুলেশন।

8. সংশোধন এবং সমাপ্তি

Vantage তার নিজস্ব বিবেচনায় এই প্রমোশন বা এর যেকোনো শর্তাবলী সংশোধন, স্থগিত বা সমাপ্ত করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। এর মধ্যে অন্তর্ভুক্ত হতে পারে কিন্তু সীমাবদ্ধ নয়—অংশগ্রহণকারীর অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে কোনো ক্রেডিট বোনাস বাতিল, প্রতিস্থাপন, অপসারণ বা কর্তন করা এবং ট্রেডিং ক্রেডিট ব্যবহার করে অর্জিত যেকোনো লাভ শূন্য ঘোষণা করা।

এ ধরনের পদক্ষেপ নেওয়া হতে পারে যদি শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘন, সন্দেহজনক বা অপব্যবহারমূলক ট্রেডিং কার্যকলাপ, অথবা ক্রেডিট বোনাসের অপব্যবহার ঘটে।

যেকোনো আপডেট বা পরিবর্তন ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে জানানো হবে এবং ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশ করা হবে।

9. স্থানীয় আইন ও বিচারব্যবস্থা

এই প্রমোশন Vanuatu-এর আইন ও বিধিবিধানের অধীনস্থ। প্রমোশনে অংশগ্রহণের মাধ্যমে, আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন যে এই শর্তাবলী থেকে উদ্ভূত যেকোনো বিরোধ Vanuatu-এর আদালতের একচেটিয়া এখতিয়ারের অধীনে পরিচালিত ও নিষ্পত্তি হবে।

10. তথ্য সুরক্ষা ও গোপনীয়তা

এই প্রমোশনে অংশগ্রহণের মাধ্যমে, আপনি সম্মতি প্রদান করছেন যে আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে উল্লিখিত প্রাইভেসি পলিসি অনুযায়ী সংগ্রহ, ব্যবহার ও প্রক্রিয়াকরণ করা হবে। আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য শুধুমাত্র এই প্রমোশনের উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করা হবে এবং প্রযোজ্য তথ্য সুরক্ষা আইন ও বিধিবিধানের সাথে সামঞ্জস্য রেখে পরিচালিত হবে।

11. দায়বদ্ধতা

এই প্রমোশনে অংশগ্রহণের ফলে সৃষ্ট কোনো ক্ষতি, ক্ষয়ক্ষতি বা দাবি জন্য Vantage দায়ী থাকবে না। আইন দ্বারা যতটুকু অনুমোদিত, Vantage-এর দায়বদ্ধতা সীমিত থাকবে এবং ক্লায়েন্ট কর্তৃক জমাকৃত মোট অর্থের পরিমাণ বা এই শর্তাবলীতে উল্লেখিত পুরস্কারের মূল্যের মধ্যে যেটি কম, তা অতিক্রম করবে না।

সংজ্ঞা

1. System Time বলতে MetaTrader (MT) সিস্টেম সময়কে বোঝানো হয়েছে, যা ডে-লাইট সেভিং টাইম সমন্বয়ের উপর ভিত্তি করে GMT+2 বা GMT+3-এ পরিচালিত হয়।

2. Eligible Client বলতে সেই সকল ক্লায়েন্টকে বোঝানো হয়েছে, যারা এই শর্তাবলীতে বর্ণিত প্রমোশনে অংশগ্রহণের যোগ্যতার মানদণ্ড পূরণ করে।

3. Active Trader বলতে সেই রেফারকৃত ক্লায়েন্টকে বোঝানো হয়েছে, যিনি অন্তত একটি (১) স্ট্যান্ডার্ড লট ট্রেড করেছেন। একটি IB-এর নিজস্ব ট্রেডিং অ্যাকাউন্ট যদি অন্তত একটি (১) স্ট্যান্ডার্ড লট ট্রেড করে থাকে, তবে সেটিকেও এক জন Active Trader হিসেবে গণনা করা হবে।

4. Eligible Countries/Regions বলতে সেই দেশ বা অঞ্চলসমূহকে বোঝানো হয়েছে, যেখানে স্থানীয় আইন ও বিধিবিধানের শর্তে ক্লায়েন্ট পোর্টালের মাধ্যমে প্রমোশন অ্যাক্সেসযোগ্য।

5. Prize বলতে এই প্রমোশনে উল্লিখিত যেকোনো পুরস্কারকে বোঝানো হয়েছে, যার মধ্যে রয়েছে কিন্তু সীমাবদ্ধ নয়—ভৌত সামগ্রী, ভাউচার বা নগদ পুরস্কার।

6. Churning বলতে শুধুমাত্র প্রমোশনাল অফার থেকে সুবিধা লাভের উদ্দেশ্যে CFD লেনদেন খোলা ও বন্ধ করার প্রক্রিয়াকে বোঝানো হয়েছে, যা সু sound বিনিয়োগ কৌশলের ভিত্তিতে ট্রেড কার্যকর করার পরিবর্তে করা হয়।

7. Suspicious Trading Activity বলতে যেকোনো আচরণকে বোঝানো হয়েছে, যা Vantage-এর যুক্তিসঙ্গত মূল্যায়নের ভিত্তিতে তার সেবা বা বাজারের সততা ক্ষুণ্ণ করে। এর মধ্যে অন্তর্ভুক্ত কিন্তু সীমাবদ্ধ নয়—বিপরীত অবস্থান রাখা, নিম্ন তারল্য বা মূল্য গ্যাপের সুযোগ নেওয়া, অথবা অপব্যবহারমূলক কার্যকলাপে লিপ্ত হওয়া। বিস্তারিত জানতে ওয়েবসাইটে উপলব্ধ Client Agreement দেখুন।

সাধারণ শর্তাবলী

1. এই প্রমোশন শুধুমাত্র বৈধ STP এবং Cents অ্যাকাউন্টের জন্য প্রযোজ্য। ECN, USDT, BTC এবং ETH কারেন্সি অ্যাকাউন্ট এই প্রমোশনের জন্য যোগ্য নয়।

2. PAMM/MAM বা মানি ম্যানেজার দ্বারা রেফার করা ক্লায়েন্টরা কোনো Vantage প্রমোশনাল অফারে অংশগ্রহণের জন্য অযোগ্য, যদি না অন্যভাবে নির্দিষ্ট করা হয়।

3. ক্লায়েন্টরা হেজিং পজিশনের জন্য ট্রেডিং ক্রেডিট ব্যবহার করতে পারবে না। Vantage এর শর্ত লঙ্ঘন শনাক্ত হলে যেকোনো ট্রেডিং ক্রেডিট বা হেজিংয়ের মাধ্যমে উৎপন্ন মুনাফা বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে।

4. নতুন অ্যাকাউন্টগুলো Vantage-এর স্ট্যান্ডার্ড অনবোর্ডিং এবং অনুমোদন প্রক্রিয়ার অধীন থাকবে, যার মধ্যে ACML/CTF যাচাই অন্তর্ভুক্ত। অনুমোদন নিশ্চিত নয় এবং প্রযোজ্য বিধিবিধানের সাথে সামঞ্জস্য রেখে এটি Vantage-এর একক বিবেচনার ওপর নির্ভর করবে। আবেদন করার পূর্বে ক্লায়েন্টরা তাদের স্থানীয় আইন ও বিধিবিধান বোঝার জন্য দায়ী থাকবেন।

5. ক্লায়েন্টদের নিশ্চিত করতে হবে যে তাদের ট্রেডিং কার্যক্রম তাদের নিজস্ব ঝুঁকি পছন্দের সাথে সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ, কারণ এই প্রমোশন ক্লায়েন্টের ঝুঁকি গ্রহণ ক্ষমতা বা ট্রেডিং কৌশল পরিবর্তনের উদ্দেশ্যে নয়।

6. ক্লায়েন্টরা সম্মত হচ্ছেন যে, অফারে অংশগ্রহণ থেকে উদ্ভূত যেকোনো দাবি, যার মধ্যে শর্ত বা প্রযোজ্য আইনের লঙ্ঘন অন্তর্ভুক্ত, তার জন্য Vantage-কে ক্ষতিপূরণ দেবেন এবং দায়মুক্ত রাখবেন। প্রমোশনের অপব্যবহার থেকে উদ্ভূত কোনো ক্ষতির জন্য Vantage দায়ী থাকবে না।

7. এই শর্তাবলীর ইংরেজি সংস্করণ এবং যেকোনো অনুবাদিত সংস্করণের মধ্যে কোনো অমিল হলে, ইংরেজি সংস্করণ প্রাধান্য পাবে।

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Bochor-shesher Winning Mahautsab Promotion ("Promotion") offered by Vantage Global Limited ("Vantage" or "the Company"), a company registered with the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) under Registration No. 700271. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion is available from 1 October 2025 to 31 December 2025, based on system time ("Promotion Period"), both days inclusive.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to clients who meet the following criteria:

• Must have a STP and Cents trading account with Vantage (For Cents account, 1 lot will be equivalent to 1/100 of 1 Standard lot).
• Must be a resident of Eligible Countries/Regions.
• Must be a registered Introducing Broker (IB) of Vantage.

4. Participation Requirements

• To participate, IB must:
• Opt-in to the Promotion via https://www.vantage-partner.com/forms/winning-mahautsab-bn/;
• Provide the following details upon opting in;

  о Email address registered with Vantage
  о IB code

• Meet the minimum active traders (refer to definition) and trade requirements as outlined in the clause of Bonus or Reward structure.

5. Bonus or Reward Structure

Eligible IBs will receive one (1) prize, corresponding to the highest tier achieved based on their active traders and closed lots achieved during the Promotion Period.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any of the brands listed as prizes. The estimated retail value of each prize may vary depending on availability, region, and local market conditions. While Vantage will use reasonable efforts to reflect current retail values, no guarantee is made that the estimated value will correspond to the actual retail value at the time of delivery.

• This Promotion applies only to one level of attribution. Trades from clients under a sub-IB will not be attributed to the main IB unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Only closed trades on eligible products opened for three (3) minutes or more will be counted towards this Promotion.
• Eligible CFD products for this Promotion are: Gold, Silver, Crude Oil and BTCUSD.

6. Prize Delivery

• At the end of the Promotion, Vantage will review eligible accounts and notify qualified clients via email within fifteen (15) business days.
• Clients must respond and submit the required personal details within five (5) business days of receiving the email notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in prize forfeiture.
• Clients must provide Vantage with their full name, residential address, email address and phone number to facilitate the shipping of their prize. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete personal information as required. Vantage will not be held liable for any failure in prize delivery due to incorrect or inaccurate information provided by them. Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion and will be processed in accordance with Vantage’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
• Prizes will be dispatched within sixty (60) business days of the announcement date. Delivery times may be affected by external factors beyond Vantage's control (e.g. courier delays).
• All prizes are subject to availability. In the event of extraordinary circumstances where a prize becomes unavailable, Vantage reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute or replace the prize with an alternate item or voucher of similar value, or to offer a cash equivalent of up to 100% of the estimated value of the prize.

7. Disqualification

Vantage reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its sole discretion if the participant:

• Violates any of the Terms and Conditions outlined here;
• Provides false, misleading or incomplete information during the registration or participation;
• Engages in suspicious trading activities or abusive trading practices, including but not limited to churning, hedging and/or any form of market manipulation.

8. Modification and Termination

Vantage reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or any of the Terms at its discretion including but not limited to canceling, substituting, removing or deducting any credit bonus from a participant account and voiding any profits generated with the use of trading credit. Such actions may be taken in the event of any violations of the Terms, suspicious or abusive trading practices or misuse of the credit bonus. Any updates or changes will be communicated via email and posted on the website.

9. Local Laws and Jurisdiction

This Promotion is subject to the laws and regulations of Vanuatu. By participating in the Promotion, you agree that any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by and resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vanuatu.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

By participating in this Promotion, you consent to the collection, use and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. Your personal data shall be handled solely for the purpose of this Promotion and in compliance with the applicable data protection laws and regulations.

11. Liability

Vantage is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the Promotion. Vantage's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law and shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by the client.

DEFINITIONS

1. System Time refers to the MetaTrader (MT) system time, which operates on GMT+2 or GMT+3, depending on daylight saving time adjustments.

2. Eligible Client refers to clients who meet the eligibility criteria to participate in the Promotion, as specified in these Terms.

3. Active Trader refers to a referred client who has traded at least one (1) standard lot. An IB’s own trading account that has traded at least one (1) standard lot will also be counted as one Active Trader.

4. Eligible Countries/Regions refers to the countries or regions where the Promotion is accessible to clients through their Client Portal, subject to local laws and regulations.

5. Prize refers to any of the items or rewards specified in the Promotion, including but not limited to physical items, vouchers or cash prizes.

6. Churning refers to the practice of opening and closing CFD transactions solely to benefit from promotional offers, rather than executing trades based on sound investment strategies.

7. Suspicious Trading Activity refers to any conduct that Vantage, based on reasonable assessment, determines compromises the integrity of its services or markets, including holding opposing positions, exploiting low liquidity or price gaps, or engaging in abusive practices. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Promotion applies only to valid STP and Cents accounts. ECN, USDT, BTC, and ETH currency accounts are not eligible.

2. Clients referred by a PAMM/MAM or money manager are not eligible to participate in any Vantage promotions unless otherwise specified.

3. Clients are prohibited from using trading credits for hedging positions. Vantage may revoke any trading credit or profits generated through hedging if violations are detected.

4. New accounts are subject to Vantage's standard onboarding and approval processes, including AML/CTF checks. Approval is not guaranteed and remains at Vantage’s sole discretion, consistent with applicable regulations. Clients are responsible for understanding their local laws and regulations prior to application.

5. Clients should ensure that their trading activities align with their individual risk preferences, as this Promotion is not intended to alter the client's risk appetite or trading strategy.

6. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Vantage harmless from any claims arising from participation in offers, including violations of terms or applicable laws and that Vantage is not liable for any losses arising from misuse of the Promotion

7. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
